1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Aesthefusion Inc by Dr. E MD (“Aesthefusion,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our websites (aesthefusion.com and aesthefusion.ca), services, and facilities. By accessing our websites or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Services Provided

Aesthefusion provides medical aesthetic services including, but not limited to:

  • Injectable treatments (Botox®, dermal fillers)
  • Laser treatments and skin resurfacing
  • Body contouring procedures
  • IV therapy and wellness treatments
  • Skin care treatments and consultations
  • Hair restoration treatments

All services are provided by licensed medical professionals. Treatment plans are customized based on individual consultations and medical assessments.

3. Medical Consultation Requirement

All clients must complete a comprehensive medical consultation before receiving any treatment. During this consultation:

  • You must provide complete and accurate medical history
  • You must disclose all medications, supplements, and allergies
  • You will be assessed for treatment suitability
  • Risks, benefits, and alternatives will be discussed
  • You will have the opportunity to ask questions

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if we determine it is not in your best medical interest or if you have contraindications to the proposed treatment.

4. Appointments and Cancellations

4.1 Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or in person. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability.

4.2 Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may incur a cancellation fee
  • No-show appointments will be charged the full treatment fee
  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in requiring a deposit for future bookings

4.3 Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten your treatment time to accommodate other clients.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • Cash
  • E-transfer

5.2 Pricing

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes. Pricing may change without notice, but quoted prices will be honored for booked appointments.

5.3 Promotions and Discounts

  • Promotional offers apply to first-time patients only unless otherwise specified
  • Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discounts
  • Promotional pricing excludes applicable taxes
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time

5.4 Refund Policy

Due to the nature of medical aesthetic services, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided except in cases of treatment error or as required by law. We stand behind our work and will work with you to address any concerns.

6. Informed Consent and Treatment Risks

Before any treatment, you will be required to sign an informed consent form acknowledging that:

  • You understand the nature and purpose of the treatment
  • You have been informed of potential risks and complications
  • You understand that results may vary and are not guaranteed
  • You have disclosed all relevant medical information
  • You accept responsibility for following pre- and post-treatment instructions
  • You understand that aesthetic procedures are not covered by OHIP or most insurance plans

7. Results and Expectations

Important Notice: Individual results may vary based on numerous factors including:

  • Age, skin type, and overall health
  • Lifestyle factors (diet, exercise, sun exposure)
  • Adherence to pre- and post-treatment care instructions
  • Individual body chemistry and healing response
  • Number and frequency of treatments

Before and after images shown on our website or marketing materials are representative examples only and do not guarantee similar outcomes for all patients.

8. Medical Photography and Testimonials

We may take photographs for medical records and treatment documentation. Use of your photographs or testimonials for marketing purposes requires your separate written consent.

You have the right to withdraw consent for marketing use of your images at any time by contacting us in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we take every precaution to provide safe and effective treatments, you acknowledge that:

  • All medical procedures carry inherent risks
  • We are not liable for complications arising from failure to follow post-treatment instructions
  • We are not liable for results that differ from your expectations but are within normal variation
  • Our liability is limited to the cost of the treatment provided

In the event of a medical complication, we will provide appropriate follow-up care at no additional cost.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Aesthefusion or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

11. Website Use and Restrictions

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Transmit viruses or malicious code
  • Engage in data mining or harvesting
  • Impersonate another person or entity
